Parks and Utilities Supervisor Riverblood responded no parking spaces were planned in <br />Riverdalc Park; however, a conside~ ation could be made to share the overflow parking area of the <br />townhome plat on lhe north side of ~,i verdale Drive if affirmed in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pontius noted the caiet~lations were based on 195 units. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton respond(d the calculations would coincide with what was actually <br />platted.
