The applicant will be <br />the sole employee and expecl8 to service a maximum of ten clients per week. Operation hours <br />woukt bc primarily Monday through Friday with the last appointment scheduled no later than <br />9:00 p.m. The (;ity recently issued a home occupation permit for a massage therapist with <br />similar hours and number of anticipt~ted clients during a week. One letter of rejection was <br />received, which is included in the ('otmcil's packet. The residents, Mr. and Mrs. Greenberg, feel <br />thc business will bring additioual iraffic into the neighborhood. Charter School <br /> <br />Assistant (?omlnunity Development Director Trudgeon explained the P.A.C.T. Charter School <br />has submitted an application Ibr an Int~rim Use Permit to allow for temporary classrooms to be <br />placed on thc sch(~ol site located in the Ramsey Town Center. Due to delays in beginning <br />construction, the school bui lding w~ll not be completely finished and ready for occupancy when <br />school starts on 5;cptc~nbcr 7, 2004. The P.A.C.T.
