The primary justification provid~,d in the Ramsey TH 10 CorridorAUAR for officially <br />mapping a section of TH I0 through Ramsey is that it contains frequent direct/private <br />TH 10 access points. Upgrading -I'H 10 to a freeway will require the removal of those <br />access points. Further, it is reasonable to conclude now that alternative property <br />access treatments will not be feasible either through a major realignment of TH 10 or <br />through "backage' access to properties because of the presence of the railroad to the <br />north of several properties located along TH 10. <br /> <br />Another justification for the Official Map is the rate of growth an <br />along TH 10 in F,'amsey.
