Section 4.19 entitled 'SPECIAL SERVICE <br />DISTRICT-- A[JAR ROADWA Y~ IMPROVEMENTS', which states that the City may <br />adopt an ordinance ordering a spt~cial service district pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />428A, to financ,~' its involvemem in the AUAR Roadway Improvements. <br /> <br />This same section of the development agreement also states that if the City establishes a <br />Special l)istrict to finance the ro~:~dway improvements, that the Developer, for itself and <br />its successors at-~d assigns, hereb',/waives the right to object to the establishment of the <br />special service district, waives it~ right to appeal the establishment of the special service <br />district, and waives its rights to file an objection to the ordinance or ordinances. <br /> <br />Thc Special Service District woutd be created to help fund the Regional Roadway <br />hnprovcmcnts which consists of/Xrmstrong Boulevard, Bunker Lake Boulevard and <br />Ramsey Bc>ulevard. <br /> <br />Public Notice: l'he public heari~tg was properly notified in the Anoka County Union for <br />two weeks.
