Hereinafter, the Ci;,y of Ramsey is referred to as the OWNER. <br /> <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The OWNER proposes to reconstr~_~_c/Anoka County Road 56 to an urban, 4-lane divided <br />roadway from a point 350 feet somh of TH I0 to a point 1200 feet north of County Road <br />(CR) 116; consistent with the OWNER'S preliminary design provided to TKDA on May 10, <br />2004, and the typical section from ,'he OWNER'S 2004 Ramsey Boulevard Reconstruction <br />Project. The wor[.a will include r. ec,~mstruction of the east and west legs of the CR 56/CR 116 <br />intersection to a 4-lane section witlt channelization. <br /> <br />The portion of County Road 56 bclwccn 143rd Avenue and East Ramsey Parkway will be <br />reconstructed by the OWNER in 2004? including stormwater ponds that will accept all storm <br />drainage fi-om thc proposed Project area. This Project will include traffic signals at the Sunwood <br />Drive and CR 116 intersections.
