ASS UMPTIONS <br /> <br />This Proposal assumes the fo!Jowing: <br /> <br />Final Design will b..; b~sed on the Preliminary Layout provided to TKDA on <br />M~y I0, 2004, and ~ypical section from the 2004 City Project. <br /> <br />Basemap provided ~)y the OWNER will include inplace topo features, inplace <br />groundline DTM, it~piace public utilities, and inplace right-of-way. <br /> <br />Staged constmctior~ wi!l not be required. <br /> <br />The OWNER will t,e reconstructing CR 56 between 143rd Avenue and East <br />Ramsey Parkway ir, 2004. <br /> <br />Mn/DOT will be completing final design of CR 56 south of the BNSF right-of- <br />way, including the TH 10 traffic signal. <br /> <br />Stormwatm ponds designed for the Town Center development and storm sewer <br />installed under the 7,004 City Project have been sized to accept all stormwater <br />from this proposed .TR 56 reconstruction. <br /> <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />If authorized by you, we wilt furni:~h or obtain from others Additional Services of the types listed <br />below which are riot considered as basic services under this Proposal. Additional Services shall <br />be billable on an itourly Rate basis as defined in Article 3 of the General Provisions, and such <br />billings shall be over and above an / maximum amounts set forth in this Proposal. <br /> <br />A.
