OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES The OWNER'S ~'esponsibilities shall be as set forth in Article 8 of the General Provisions and as further described or clarified herei~be!ow: Desikmate one individual to act as the OWNER'S representative with respect to the work to be performed, and such ?erson shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive int'ormatior~, mterpzet and define policies, and make decisions with respect to critical elements pertinm~t lo the Project. Provide reviews of materials fi~rnished by TKDA in a reasonable and prompt manner so that the Project schedule can be maintained.
