Our detailed Project Fee Estimate and current Hourly Rate <br />Schedule are attached. <br /> <br />The level of effo~'t required to accomplish SECTION II services can be affected by factors <br />which are beyond our control. Th~refore, if it appears at any time that charges for services <br />rendered under SfSCTION II will exceed the above, we agree that we will not perform services <br />or incur costs which will result in ifillmgs in excess of such amount until we have been advised <br />by you that additional funds are avaifable and our work can proceed. <br /> <br />CONTRACTUAL INTENT <br /> <br />We thank you for the opportunity [o sabmit this Proposal and are willing that this letter and <br />attachments constitute a contract b~:tween us upon its signature by an authorized official of the <br />City of Ramscy and the remm of a signed copy to us.
