Our services 'will be provided in tt~,.e manner described in th~s Proposal subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the attached "General Provisions of Architect-Engineer Agreement" dated October 1993. Hereinafter, the Ci'~y of Rarnsey is referred to as the OWNER, PROJECT DESCRIPTION The OWNER proposes to reconst[,act CSAH 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) to an urban, 4-lane divided roadway from a point 500 feet south of TH I0 to a point 1200 feet north of County Road (CR) 116; cor~sismat with the OWNER'S preliminary design provided to TKDA on May 10, 2004, and the typical section from the OWNER'S 2004 Ramsey Boulevard Reconstruction PrQect. The Prryeet will ',dso incl,~de the reconstruction of approximately 1200' of the west and east legs of the CSAH 83/CR 116 intersection to a 4-1ane section with charmelization. The OWNER will construct stormwater ponds that will accept all storm drainage from the proposed Project area. The prOJect will include traffic signals at the TH 10, Sunwood Drive, and CR 116 intersections. The; Project will include coordination with the BNSF for reconstruction of their railroad cro:;sing.
