He stated the purpose of the moratorium <br />is to provide some time tbr thc Cil~, Conncil and the Planning Commission to consider revised <br />development gtfidclincs in this zoni~g district. He indicated the current minimum lot size in this <br />district is 2.5 acres;, lie further ad,qsed it is Staff's opinion that such development may further <br />complicate sewer and water extension scenarios, and ultimately make the comprehensive <br />planning process n~ore difficult for par~,s of the City outside the current urban services area. He <br />stated thc Ci/y (~otm¢il has not )¢l determined the timeline for the planning process.
