He stated approximately 1-½ years ago <br />he and his neighbors came to tile City to address the bike trail being put in across from the Boy <br />Scout Camp on Hi.ghway 47. ~l'he cutcome was that they were to be able to install an eight foot <br />fence or wall on top the berm. qhc fence would have been at the cost and upkeep of the <br />neighbors o1' that ktcca. A letter, re;5rencing the action taken last fall and dated June 17th, was <br />received Ii'om (:it5, lingincer .lanko,vski informing them of the process to subdivide the outlet. <br />On l)eccmbcr 4.~ 2(~03 they leccivect an(~ther letter from him discussing the quick claim deed and <br />that the deeds would be recorded n,~ later than January 9, 2004.
