He and his neighbors feel they should bc grantc:d un okay to install abe fence since it was approved. It should be grandfathered in as was originally approved bo£orc thc, new ordinance was implemented. Recently when one of thc neighbors approached the City riley were told all the neighbors on that stretch would have to pay a ['cc el' $600 u~tch to have the (~ity come out and look at the area to determine if they could change thc ordinance. Today hc xva:; told by a neighbor that Mr. Anderson said the fee could be changed to just $600 for all of' them which they still feel is inappropriate since this was actually agreed upon at the last Council mee...ing about a year ago.
