He and his neighbors feel they <br />should bc grantc:d un okay to install abe fence since it was approved. It should be grandfathered <br />in as was originally approved bo£orc thc, new ordinance was implemented. Recently when one of <br />thc neighbors approached the City riley were told all the neighbors on that stretch would have to <br />pay a ['cc el' $600 u~tch to have the (~ity come out and look at the area to determine if they could <br />change thc ordinance. Today hc xva:; told by a neighbor that Mr. Anderson said the fee could be <br />changed to just $600 for all of' them which they still feel is inappropriate since this was actually <br />agreed upon at the last Council mee...ing about a year ago. They are just asking the City to allow <br />them to put Ul~ lhc eight foot l~cnce d]at was originally agreed upon. The fence would look like <br />thc sottmt I-tarriers along Highway 47.
