They started over by the Pact School and are working their <br />way across. They cannot get the whole thing <br />graded so thc whole master develolm-~cnt works together. This is a concern if they are going to <br />keep doing this in phases, as they wi 11 not be able to have everything graded properly when issues <br />like th is come up. ~l'h%, need/o ree,.'a/u ate the way they are handling this letter of credit. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Ol:;on replied that is why the surety is in place, so it can correct <br />any preliminary grading thai, has oc~:un'ed and pending that may need to be made, as well as the <br />infl'astruciuro that needs to bc pui in place to accommodate these facilities.
