Votill'.5 No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Authorize Continuation of Transportation Consulting Services <br /> <br />City Administrato~' Norman advised the City made contractual arrangements with The <br />Tinklcnbcrg G~'oup beginning in Jamtary 2003. The City has extended the contractual <br />arrangcnlcnts and [!as utilized The ~ inklenberg Group's services for the recent completion of the <br />Highway//10 Corridor Official Mapping process. The need for continuation of transportation <br />serviccs with The Tinklenbcrg Grot~p fbr a variety of services, with particular focus on the areas <br />of TH #47, thc Mississippi River Crossing and development of a transportation policy was <br />discussed at a rccc~tt Council work ';ession. Proposals for services provided by The Tinklenberg <br />Group include lasks that arc itemiT:cd into four separate categories. The total cost for all four <br />tasks included in thc proposal total of $45,000. Because of budgetary constraints, staff would <br />recommend eliminating the TH #4~/task fi'om the group of projects and limit The Tinklenberg <br />Group tbcus to thc general lasks, river crossing and transportation policy portion of the proposal, <br />totaling $22,000.
