Scaling by distance,'Ramsey would be 5
minutes from Anoka. A Ramsey station at
several locations was evaluated in th~: initial "First Level Station Site Evaluation Matrix." The
station most closoly related 'to the current proposed station was at Ramsey Boulevard north of
the BNSF railroad. This same evaiuation process (or scorecard) was conducted for the Ramsey
station based on the new Town C~:nter proposal to evaluate how it compares to the criteria ori-
ginally used for station considerati:m 'Fable 2.5 presents the station site evaluation scorecard for
the proposed Rarnsey station on t ~e Northstar line.

Kimley-Horn and Asso,:iates, Inc.

March 2004

-9-
