WHEREAS, pursuart ~o a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Counci~l~ on November 25, 1986~ the City Engineer Mr. Peter R. Raatikka ~f Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and speci, fications Jot the improvement Roanoke Street N.W. between 153rd and JunJper Ridge and has presented such plans and specifications !:o the (k)m~cj.] f~r approval. · ~ESO),V~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THEREFORE, BE IT '~ '~ ~ RAMSEY, ANOKA ~IINIT, :~E (:? ~INNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans a),.¢'~ specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and! made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) T))e City Adm~.nistrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisem,~nl~ for bids upon the making of such improvement under such a~pproved plans and specifications. The advertisemer~t shall be pul~]J, shed for fifteen days, shall specify the work to be done, shat. i state that bids will be received by the City Administrator u,-~t.~.l 11:00 A.M. on March 23, 1987, at which time th;~y will[ be ],ublicly opened in the Council Chambers of the kamsey Munici]x~l Center by the City Administrator and City Engineer, wilTl, then be t~bulated, and will be considered by the Ramsey City Comncil at 7:3/ P~Mo on March 24, 1987 in the Council Chambers° Any bidde~' whose responsiblity is questioned during consideration of the bid %,i.ll be given an opportunity to address the Council[ on the issue o:i! responsibility.
