Prov5dr~ lia;son with other governmental and volunteer <br /> units in ma:rets relating to the park and recreation <br /> funct i on. <br />e~ Prepare age ~das for each commission meeting. <br /> <br /> 2. A ~ice chairman shall be appointed annually by the chairman. <br />The vice chairma~ shall, perfo~m such duties as may be assigned by the chair- <br />man and sha].l ass;ume responsii>ilittes nf the chair in the absence of the <br />chairman. <br /> <br /> <br />
