Members of the c~m~m[ssion shall be appointed by a majority <br />vote of the city council for t.~rms of three years, except that any person. <br />appointed to fill a vacancy oc~urring prior to the expiration of the term <br />for which his predecessor was .~ppointed shall be appointed only for the <br />remainder of sucb term~ <br /> <br /> 4. Members of the c~mmission shall be residents of the City of <br />Ramsey while serving on the co.am~.ssion and shall represent a broad range <br />of interest in the park and re,creation function. <br /> <br /> 5. The commission b~came effective on their first meeting on <br />October 23, 1975, with three m~mbers appointed for a term through 1978, <br />two members appointed for a te~m through 1977, and two members appointed <br />for a term through 1976~ <br /> <br /> 6.
