15 Minutes <br /> <br />CASE %14:. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On March 3, 19[~7, the City touncil received an out_line proposing that the City <br />of Ramsey approve the vertical expansion sought by Waste Management of <br />Minnesota, Inc.~ in turn for certain other considerations, including among other <br />things a ground water extraction and treatment system, a sledding facility, <br />road right-of-stay, and an annual clean-~ day for the City of Bamsey.
