introduc~_d the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> WBEREAS, the City of Ramsey has established the Kississippi River <br />Store Sewer Taxing District a~ the Ru~ River Store Sewer Taxing District with <br />the intention of paying for ~ costs associated with developing storm sewer <br />systems throughout aamsey~ a~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is th~ intention of the City Council of Ramsey to <br />establish policies guiding the use of funds generated from said storm sewer <br />taxing districts. <br /> <br /> 1) That as relates to storm sewer taxing districts, one of the <br />City's policies relating thereto shall be that storm sewer taxing district <br />revenues will not be used to pay for such sewer syst~ where the r~_~-~ for said <br />system is created by t3ie plattirg, and/or created by the ~ of the <br />land which occurs after the date hereof.
