This exteDsion goes primarily into the Northfork develo[m~.nt <br />area. For this purpose, the City acquired a permanent easement frcm Mrs. l~agna <br />Pearson totaling .66 attest. In addition, it was necessary to take <br />approximately 30 trees from ,-.the Pearson property. The City Engineer and I <br />determined that $3,000.00 pe, acre plus $1,000.00 for the 30 trees taken would <br />be a fair price to offer Mrna. Pearson and she has accepted that tentative <br />offer.
