Councilmembe r <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced 'the. following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> WMERFAS, in a resolution adopted on the 14th day of October, 1986, <br />the City Council of Ramsey, Minnesota declared its intent with regard to <br />developing Gateway Nort2~ Industrial Airport; and <br /> <br /> WHERF2~g, draft agreements for engineering services have been prepared <br />and reviewed by the U. S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation <br />Administration, ~d the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and <br /> <br /> W~REAS, said draft agreements have been reviewed by the Ramsey <br />Airport Cc~m~ission and recomme.ade~d for approval. <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor ~nd Citer Administrator are hereby authorized to <br />enter into agre~tents on behalf cf the City of Ramsey with Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of: the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and .upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the foll~vin~{ voted agaJn~i_' ~he same: <br /> <br />and the follc~in~l abstained: <br /> <br />and the foll~;inc, l were a~_~ent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was :]eclared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 14.th day of!
