Councilmember its adoption: i~,troduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION ~87-XX RESOLUTION AMb;NDING THE 198! FUND B~ET WHEREAS, the Ra~sey City Council adopted the 1987 Budget by Resolution ~86-189 oR the 25th of November, 1986; and WHEREAS, the 19~7 Budget has been amended by City Council Resolution #8?-53; axed WHEREAS, the Cily has received price quotes for purchasing duplicating equipment, and .ta$ found Metro Sales' quote for a Ricoh FT 7060 to be the town, st respon~ibl~ bidder with a purchase price at $14,969.50; and WBEkEAS, pur~hasi~g duplicating equipment reflects an increase in the level of ~ppropria~ions currently set in the 1987 Budget; and WHEREAS, these increases in appropriations can be funded by unreserved ,- ~ndesigna~ed f~lnd balance in the General Fund. NOW TBEILEFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D BY THE CITY COUI~CIL OF Till] CITY OF RAMS]~Y, AI~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the City Council hereby amends the 1987 City of Ramsey General Fund Budget as I01 General Fund: 1130: Administrat:ion Capit:al Outiay (a) $15.000 Additional Revenue Source~: General Fund- Fund bal~.nc ~. Unreserved ~ undesignated $15,000 (a) Increase appropriations to purchase duplicating equipment 2) 'Chat the Cit~ Council authorized the purchase of the duplicating capital outlay ~.pp~opriation.
