Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and i~SOLUTION #87- RESOLUTION ESTABLI~HING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appea~?s to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street ~ystem under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chaunter 162o NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV.£D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the foll~.~wing described road: a) Nonexiste~%t 138th Avenue N.W. between Feldspar Street N.W~ and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. b) Nonexistent Ramsey Boulevard N.W. between 138th Avenue N.~ and U.So Highways 10 and 169. be, and hereby ~s established~ located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said. city~ subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transpor'tat~on of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of TransportatLon for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the C~ty of Ramse?~ to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street #114. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilme~er Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the followin, g voted agai. nst the same: None and the following abstained~ None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this th~ 28th day of April, 1987.
