Wilcox <br />Discount #10 Liquor <br />6131 H~. #lO NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wilcox: <br /> <br /> I am writing to advise you that there?are several problems <br />existing in your off-sale license renewal application a~d these <br />p~oblems must be addressed and corrected within a timetable which <br />is explained in the closing part of this letter. Failure to do so <br />will result in non-approval of your license renewal for 1987-1988. <br />They are as follows: <br /> <br />We have not received a certificate of insurance show- <br />ing compliance with city ordinances requiring liability <br />insurance (see enclosure). <br /> <br />We have not received a tax clearance certificate from <br />the State Department of Revenue and without that your <br />license can hot be renewed. <br /> <br />The state Liquor Control Division requires that the city of Ramsey <br />submit to theiDirector of that division, documents certifying com- <br />pliance with their rules (see highlighted enclosure). Please note <br />that if these documents are received by the Director less than <br />thi'~ty (30) days prior to the renewal date of July 1, 1987 the <br />issuance of your license may be held up and you may not be licensed <br />as an off-sale establishment after midnight on June 30, 1987. <br /> The only city council meeting date at which the council could <br />approve and sign your license certificate and still_lsubmit the li- <br />cense certificate to the Director in time will be May 26, 1987. <br />The next regular meeting of the city council will then be June 22, <br />1987. <br /> If you have any questions concerning these matters please call <br />n~ '427-1410.-. <br /> <br />~ike AuspOs ~ <br />Chief, Ramsey Police <br /> <br /> <br />
