JOHN GOES <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. John Goeb is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a 30 acre parcel <br />west of County Road #5 south of 173rd Avenue NW. Mr. Goeb is proposing to use <br />Trott Brook as a natural boundary for the subdivision and create one 22 acre <br />parcel on the north side of Trott Brook and add the other eight acres on the <br />south side of Trott Brook to the property south of that parcel. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed subdivision <br />c) Mean from Mr. Merland Otto~ <br /> regarding park dedication and <br /> easement that should be acquired <br /> <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br /> public easements and map showing the <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this on May 5, 1987 and recommended <br />approval. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission reviewed Mr. Goeb's subdivision and <br />recon~mended that land be acquired along Trott Brook for future trail <br />developmer~t, <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve Mr. John Goeb's request <br />contingent upon dedicating the <br /> <br /> for a metes and bounds subdivision <br />land as suggested by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer X <br />Community Development Director X <br />Park and Recreation Commission X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintender, t <br />Planning and Zoning Commission X <br /> <br /> <br />
