No build up of material shall be permitted on County Road 56 and in <br />the event that build up does occur, Mr. Menkveld will be responsible <br />for any costs incurred in removal of the same. <br /> <br />Dust created by travel on the access road shall be controlled by <br />appropriate means by Mr. Menkveld. If it is not possible to control <br />the dust on any given day, the extraction operation shall cease on <br />that day. If, in the opinion of the City Engineer, the dust created <br />by the operation is excessive, the operation shall cease until the <br />dust problem is abated. <br /> <br />9.
