- 35 - <br /> <br /> years from the date of the recordation of this Declaration. <br /> <br /> After the expiration of said thirty (30) year period, all of such <br /> covenants, restrictions, conditions and reservations shall <br /> continue to run with and bind the Property for successive periods <br /> of ten (10) years unless revoked by Members entitled to cast,.at <br /> least ninety percent (90%) of each class of votes and evidenced <br /> by a recorded instrument executed by a duly authorized officer of <br /> the Association and such percentage of First Mortgagees as may be <br /> required by Article XII. <br /> <br /> Section 15.2 FHA/VA approvals. As long as there is a Class B <br />membership., the following actions will require the prior approval <br />of the Federal Housing Administration or the Veterans <br />Administration: Annexation of additional properties, dedication <br />of Common Property, and amendment of this Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. <br /> <br /> Section 15.3 Notices. Any notice required to be sent to any <br />person or an entity under the provisions of this Declaration <br />shall be deemed to have been properly sent when mailed postpaid <br />to the last known address of the person on the records of the <br />Association at the time of such mailing, except for registrations <br />pursuant to Section 3.1(b) which shall be effective upon receipt <br />by the Association. <br /> <br /> Section 15.4 Construction. This Declaration shall be <br />construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota. The singular <br />shall be deemed to include the plural wherever appropriate, and <br />unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, any <br />obligations and duties of the owners shall be joint and several. <br /> <br /> <br />
