P~0POSED CONDITIONAL USE PEHHIT <br /> ROBERT HASHUGA <br /> 8411 163RD AVENUE N.W. <br /> RAHSEY, HINNESOTA <br /> <br />On June , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Robert <br />Mashuga to keep a horse on less than three acres at 8411 163rd <br />Avenue N.W. which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 4, Woodlawn Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey <br />City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its <br />duration as long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />At no time shall Mr. Mashuga have or keep more than one <br />(1) horse on the premises unless otherwise permitted by <br />Section 110.07 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Mashuga shall maintain the horse shed and enclosure <br /> in a sanitary condition. <br /> <br />Any reasonable complaints from adjacent properties <br />regarding the maintenance of the horse shall be cause <br />for review by the City and Horse Council of this permit. <br />If the complaints cannot be resolved, this permit may be <br />revoked as specified in Section 170.013E of the Ramsey <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Mashuga hereby acknowledges receipt of this <br />conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of <br />this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the <br />terms of this permit. <br /> <br />Robert Mashuga Date <br /> <br /> <br />
