PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> MR. JIM FRAI~LIN <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 <br /> <br />On July , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Jim Franklin to <br />construct an advertising sign on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the Southerly <br />right-of- way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, then Southerly <br />along said West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter to its intersection with the Northerly right-of-way line of <br />U.S. Trunk Highway 910 then Southeasterly along said Northerly <br />right-of-way line of said Highway a distance of 485.0 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of tract robe herein d'escribed then <br />continuing along the northerly right-of-way line of said Highway 140 <br />feet, then Northerly to a point on said Southerly right-of-way line of <br />said Burlington Northern Railroad 691.80 feet Southeasterly from the <br />West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter as <br />measured along the West line of the Burlington Northern Railroad 140 <br />feet then Southwesterly to the point of beginning. Except road. <br />Subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.054 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its <br />duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign shall be located at least 5 feet from the property line. <br /> <br />2. The proposed sign shall be of metal construction. <br /> <br />3. The sign shall be properly maintained by Mr. Franklin as shown <br /> in attached photograph. <br /> <br />4.
