5 Minutes CASE ~4: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION; <br /> CASE OF M~. DAVID MICKEL$0N <br /> BY: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Mickelson is requesting final plat approval of a minor subdivision in <br />order to split his existing Lot 5, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park plat <br />into two parcels. This property is located in the I-1 Industrial District and <br />is approximately 1.75 acres in size. The minimum lot size in this district is <br />one acre. There are currently two structures on the parcel. Mr. Mickelson is <br />proposing to split the lot between the two buildings and create Parcels A and <br />B. Parcel A would be approximately one acre in size and Parcel B would be <br />approximately .75 acres.
