We are unable to find any precedent or <br />logical reasons for some of the requirements stipulated in <br />your letter. The following answers are directed to your <br />numbered requirments to the best or 'our ability. <br /> <br />1. The material is being r~roved from the General Mills <br /> property at highways 12 and 18 in Golden Valley. <br /> <br />2. The material is to be r~nly used for topsoil on the <br /> property as well as a possibility on other property. <br /> <br />We fail to find any precedent for any MN/Dot specifications <br />requirement on any city devel~t. MN/Dot itself regulary <br />waives that specification. We are, ~ough trying to purchase <br />tests the landfill is performing because of the time factor <br />in running new ones. <br /> <br />4. Enclosed is a stockpile location map. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Stockpiles of topsoil located on the east side of County <br />Rd. 56 have been there for over six years and have gro~n there <br />own cover.
