8. All stockpile slopes shall be less than three feet horizontal <br /> to one foot vertical (3:1). Maximum height of the stockpile <br /> at 149th and County Road No. 56 shall be ten feet and all <br /> other stockpiles shall be limited to 15 feet. <br />9. The hours of the stockpiling operation shall be limited to <br /> the following: <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, <br />no operation on Sundays. <br /> <br />10. A $2,500.00 bond shall be posted for any stockpiling of <br /> material in excess of 200 cubic yards. <br />11. No build up of material shall be permitted on County Road 56 <br /> and in the event that build up does occur, the landowners <br /> will be responsible for any costs incurred in removal of the <br /> same. <br />12. Dust created by travel on the access road shall be controlled <br /> by appropriate means by the landowners. If it is not possi- <br /> ble to control the dust on any given day, the stockpiling or <br /> importing operation shall cease on that day. If, in the <br /> opinion of the city Engineer, the dust created by the opera- <br /> tion is excessive, the operation shall cease until the dust <br /> problem is abated. <br />13. In order to prevent excessive dust pollution, the <br /> stockpiling operation shall discontinue at any time when wind <br /> gusts are in excess of 30 miles per hour. <br />14. Wetlands shall be protected from erosion and runoff with silt <br /> fences. <br />15.
