(4 ) Smoke: Any emission of visible smoke of a shade darker than No. l on the Ringelmann Smoke Chart, as published by the U.S. Bureau of Mines, except that visible grey smoke of a shade not darker than No. 2 on said chart may be emitted for not more than four minutes in any thirty minutes. (5) Air Pollution (Fly ash, dust, fumes, vapors, gasses, etc.): Any emission which can cause any damage to health, animals, or vegetation, or other forms of property, or which can cause any excessive soiling at any point, and in no event any emission of any solid or liquid particles in concentrations exceeding 0.3 grains per cubic foot of the conveying gas or air at any point. For measurement of the amount of particles in gasses resulting from combustion, standard corrections shall be applied to a stick temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and and 50% excess air. (6) Wastes: All wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that is not dangerous to public health and safety and in accordance with the City of Ramsey's sewer disposal system ordinance. Wastes may not accumulate on the lot, except where fully screened from adjacent properties. Waste discharges into a public sewer system shall not exceed limits established by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission. (7) Glare: Any lighting used to illuninate an off-street parking area, or structure, shall be arranged so as to deflect light away from adjoining residential houses or from public streets. P. No residence shall be constructed upon any lot containing less than a minimum area of 1,040 square feet on the ground floor (grade level), exclusive of garage, except that a two-story residence shall contain a minimum of 760 square feet on the ground floor (grade level) and 760 square feet on the second floor,
