- 10 - <br />of Table 7, U.S. Bureau of Mines Bulletin No. 442, <br />"Siesmic Effects of Quarry Blasting", on any <br />structure. <br />(4 ) Smoke: <br />Any emission of visible smoke of a shade darker <br />than No. l on the Ringelmann Smoke Chart, as <br />published by the U.S. Bureau of Mines, except that <br />visible grey smoke of a shade not darker than No. <br />2 on said chart may be emitted for not more than <br />four minutes in any thirty minutes. <br />(5) Air Pollution (Fly ash, dust, fumes, vapors, <br />gasses, etc.): <br />Any emission which can cause any damage to health, <br />animals, or vegetation, or other forms of property, <br />or which can cause any excessive soiling at any <br />point, and in no event any emission of any solid or <br />liquid particles in concentrations exceeding 0.3 <br />grains per cubic foot of the conveying gas or air <br />at any point. For measurement of the amount of <br />particles in gasses resulting from combustion, <br />standard corrections shall be applied to a stick <br />temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and and 50% <br />excess air. <br />(6) Wastes: <br />All wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that <br />is not dangerous to public health and safety and <br />in accordance with the City of Ramsey's sewer <br />disposal system ordinance. <br />Wastes may not accumulate on the lot, except where <br />fully screened from adjacent properties. <br />Waste discharges into a public sewer system shall <br />not exceed limits established by the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission. <br />(7) Glare: <br />Any lighting used to illuninate an off-street <br />parking area, or structure, shall be arranged so as <br />to deflect light away from adjoining residential <br />houses or from public streets. <br />P. No residence shall be constructed upon any lot <br />containing less than a minimum area of 1,040 square feet <br />on the ground floor (grade level), exclusive of garage, <br />except that a two-story residence shall contain a <br />minimum of 760 square feet on the ground floor (grade <br />level) and 760 square feet on the second floor, <br />
