- 34 - <br />Association at the time of such mailing, except for registrations <br />pursuant to Section 3.1(b) which shall be effective upon receipt <br />by the Association. <br />Section 15.4 Construction. This Declaration shall be <br />construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
