CASE #4: <br />DISCUSS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GRADING AND EXCAVATING; <br />CASE OF MR. GILBERT MEHKVELD <br />By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br />Background: <br />On July 28, 1987 the City Council directed me to meet with Mr. Art Raudio and <br />try to resolve how much of the organic material deposited at 149th Avenue NW <br />and Ramsey Boulevard NW should be removed. <br />I met with Mr. Raudio on July 30, 1987 and reviewed the property. I am <br />currently reviewing the building limitations that may be placed on the property <br />if the airport is upgraded.
