Thus it is not anticipated that the City of <br />Ramsey will receive any additional entitlement revenues during the 1987 Budget <br />Year. The primary entitlement appropriations listed above for S45,000 <br />represent the anticipated fund balance available for Budget 1987 in the <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund. These available funds can not be retained as a <br />reserved but must be appropriated or spent by October 1, 1967 or be returned <br />to the Federal ;government. <br />The additional entitlement appropriations listed above for s39,450 represent <br />the use of 1987 entitlement sources if the program is funded by the Congress <br />and continues under the current form, or represent additional appropriations <br />to be used in the event that the prirrary appropriation are not acquired. <br />L� <br />
