STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA AS TO TAX LEVY AND REGISTRATION <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting County Auditor of Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on the date hereof, there was filed in my office a <br />certified copy of a resolution adopted on June 28, 2016 by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, authorizing the issuance of $1,735,000 General Obligation Street <br />Reconstruction Bonds, Series 2016A (the "Bonds"), and levying a tax for the payment thereof, <br />together with full information regarding the Bonds for which the tax was levied; the Bonds have <br />been entered in my Bond Register; and the tax levy required by law has been made. <br />WITNESS my hand and the seal of the County Auditor on , 2016. <br />County Auditor <br />(SEAL) <br />7719122v1 <br />
