Provide a detail for STMH 100.
3. Label all profiles.
C 6.10
1. Per general comment #1, a legend is required showing all symbols used on the sheet.
2. Revise the curve table to make all letters the same color.
3. Label all curb and gutter transition areas.
4. Turn off watermain valve and sanitary manhole layers.
C 6.20
1. Per general comment #1, a legend is required showing all symbols used on the sheet.
2. Storm CB's must be located outside of all curb ramp taper areas.
3. Verify if details #3 and #5 need to include curb and gutter removal and replacement.
4. Dimensions are required on each pedestrian ramp detail. A landing with less than 2.0%
slope must be provided between the sidewalk and the ramp. The number of raised dome
panels and radius for radial panels must be shown. The City requires that domes follow
the curvature of the curb. Each detail must be updated. Refer to the latest MNDOT
guidance for the additional information.
C 8.10
1. Revise general note 1 to read "City of Ramsey" in place of "municipality".
2. Add the following to note 12: "The contractor shall clean the adjacent streets within 3
hours of notification by the City that cleaning is needed."
3. Update the typical sedimentation basin detail as noted earlier for sheet 3.11.
4. Pedestrian curb ramp details are too small. Hard to read even in full size sheets.
5. Label maximum boulevard slopes in typical private street section.
C 8.11
1. Revise general note 1 to read "City of Ramsey standard specifications and City Engineer
Association of Minnesota Specifications, most recent version".
2. Revise note 3 to read "Water is available at the City fill station, 14100 Jaspar Street.
Water may not be taken from hydrants."
3. Add detail STR-25.
4. Remove / modify detail STO-4 to replace casting type R-3501-TB with appropriate R-
3067 casting with bicycle safe grate.
5. Include detail for watertight CB's per call outs on sheet 5.10.
