As noted above, the drainage areas shown on the <br />plans do not match the Hydrocad printout or the area summary on the cover page. <br />Information to be included in the report includes a summary of the existing and proposed <br />conditions including ground cover and runoff. This project will need to contribute to the <br />infiltration mitigation fund in lieu of infiltrating on site. The City proposed an amount for <br />this contribution. The request was countered by the developer. This report must provide <br />backup to support the amount proposed by the developer. The missing information noted <br />above was the grounds for tabling the application at the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization board meeting on June 16, 2016. <br />The pipe sizing calculations meet the City requirements. <br />A project manual which includes the bid form, contract and specifications must be submitted for <br />the project. Shop Drawings must be submitted for City Review. <br />
