As outlined in Part 1, the need for affordable <br />housing is growing inthe region. Housing iogenerally regarded as affordable <br />when ahousehold pays nomore than 30Y6ofits gross income for it. But <br />being affordable is only part of the puzzle. <br />People want to live in places that reflect their values and g08a around <br />health, social engagement, and education. They need ahome, not just an <br />apartment, condo, townhome or single-family house.
