Data on median household incomes come from <br />Table B19013 ofthe American Community Survey five-year summary files with the terminal <br />year closest to the year of the indicator (i.e., we used the 2007-2011 ACS to determine high - <br />income areas for the year 2011). <br />Indicator #7: Residents living iDAreas 0fConcentrated Poverty ( <br />i <br />CPS) <br />We define Areas of Concentrated Poverty (ACP/) as census tracts where at least 40% of the <br />residents have an individual or family income that is less than 185% of the federal poverty <br />threshold.
