City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />1.01: Members of Boy Scout Troop #233 Will Lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />She invited Boy Scout Troop #233 to come forward and introduce themselves. <br />The members of Boy Scout Troop #233 introduced themselves and led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Oath of Office for New Commission Member <br />Mayor Strommen advised that Colleen Anderson was already sworn in at the Environmental <br />Policy Board meeting the previous night and noted that this ceremonial administration of the <br />Oath of Office began earlier this year as a method to introduce new Board and Commission <br />City Council / June 14, 2016 <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
