The City Engineer, Pete Raatikka, <br />will have a report available for the meeting. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 2 DAVID SOUCY, SETBACK VARIANCE <br /> <br />Enclosed please find application for a variance which would put a <br />garage within the required 40 foot front yard setback. A complete <br />diagram will be available for the meeting. The Planning & Zoning <br />Commission should make the recommendation to the City Council either <br />pro or con the variance, under the new City code, the City Council <br />will then have to set a public hearing before taking action on the <br />variance. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 3 RICHARD E. KLICK, SIDE YARD VARIANCE <br /> <br />Enclosed please find application and plot plan for a variance request <br />from the 10 foot side yard setback. As in item two the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission should make their recommendation and the City <br />Council will then need to conduct a public hearing before a variance <br />can be granted. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 4 FRED ARMSTRONG, SUBDIVISION VARIANCE <br /> <br />The request is to subdivide by metes and bounds for the purposes of <br />building a residence on a piece of property in Section 17. (County <br />Road 83) A more detailed description will be available for the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 5 ED LONGFIELD, DEVELOPMENT NEAR TROTT BROOKS CEMETERY <br /> <br />Enclosed please find a sketch plan of auditors subdivision 27. Parcel <br />12 shown on the plot plan is owned by the City, known as Trott Brook <br />Cemetery. Mr. Longfield's question is providing access over Parcel <br />12 to reach Parcel 11 for development of a home. The road in front <br />of the four small parcels is Highway 47. Bill Goodrich has ordered <br />an abstract brought up to date for the cemetery, since there appears <br />to be no clear record of the cemetery property in City Hall. My sug- <br />gestion to the Commission is to hear Mr. Longfield's plans for develop- <br /> <br /> <br />
