ment, however, it seems that we will have to have a legal opinion
on this prior to taking any action. Mr. Longfield has been patient
in waiting for this abstract so it will be important to hear his
request.

ITEM NO. 6 LEROY LENNANDER, SUBDIVISION VARIANCE

This is a request to subdivision a property for a single family
residence at the corner of 169th and Zirconium. I have very little
information on this subdivision request, the applicant should be
on hand to present further details.

ITEM NO. 7 ANOKA 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK, SKETCH PLAN

A sketch plan has been presented and we will have an engineering re-
port on same for Monday nights meeting. The location of the sketch
plan is south and east, behind Rennet Nell Drilling. In my brief
review of it I find it to be an exceptionally nice looking industrial
plat. The subdivider, Marvs Realty, is representing people from out
of state. Marv contacted me a couple of months ago asking for a sub-
division variance to sell off one parcel. I declined the request and
indicated he should submit a plat for the whole area. He has done
this, and I believe it is a step in the right direction.

ITEM NO. 8 TOM ltOLKER, SUBDIVISION VARIANCES

These are two subdivision variance requests, the first on at 7250 -
181st Avenue N.W., the second one at 6501 Green Valley Road. Enclosed
please find applications and sketch plans for both. The first one on
181st appears to be a reasonable request. The second one on Green
Valley Road was originally subdivided in 1976. I don't believe it
was the Planning & Zoning Commission or the City Council's intent at
that time to subdivide the property any further. The sketch plan
for this subdivision was too large for copying but will be available
for the meeting.

ITEM NO. 9 ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT

Recently the City Council asked me to mail copies of a memo to the
City Council from Bill Goodrich, Clayton Berg and myself. The memo
deals with home occupations and accessory use buildings and structures.
The City Council has had a difficult time coming to a decision relative
to home occupations and accessory uses. They have asked that this
memo be sent to you. If any of you have any comments I would ask you
to communicate them either singularly or collectively to the City
Council. It may be in the best interest of everyone to conduct a
special joint meeting to discuss this issue.

PDN:sb
