North of Grossliens Bev. <br /> <br />DATE: March 30, 1978 <br /> <br />At the request of the City Attorney I have made some measurements <br />on the above referenced street R.O.W. <br /> <br />Based on my findings it would appear that about 50 feet has been <br />used to date for street and drainage. On the south side of the <br />street this would be the right edge of the trailer shown on the <br />attached picture. <br /> <br />However, the utility poles are located at about 32 feet from the <br />centerline of the street or one foot off the property line.
