2.02 The Council hereby reaffirms its findings first made <br />on May 12, 1987 regarding the establishment of Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Reaffirmation of Establishment of Development <br />District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3. <br /> <br /> 3.01 The Council hereby reaffirms its establishment of <br />Development District No. 3 and the adoption of a Program for <br />same. <br /> <br /> 3.02 The Council hereby reaffirms its establishment of Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 3 and the adoption of a Plan for <br />same. <br /> <br /> 3.03 The Council finds that all acts, conditions and things <br />required by law preliminary to and in conjunction with the <br />establishment of Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3 have been done and do exist. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Whereupon it was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Dated: August 25, 1987 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Gary W.
