Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 487- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR DAVE PERKINS CONTRACTING, INC. (PROJECT 487-3 RIVER'S BEND PLAZA) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on February 24, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~87-62 awarding the bid to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. for site improvements to River's Bend Plaza; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of }lakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $51,786.95. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AI~0KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. for site improvements to River's Bend Plaza in the amount of $51,786.95. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution f,}87- approving payment of the bills for the month of August, 1987. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1987.
