Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 087- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEWER AND WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~87-24 (OAKRIDGE INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted July 28, 1987, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the <br />sanitary sewer and watermain improvement for Oakridge Industrial Park. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on <br />August 25, 1987, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project $ <br />Estimated Total Assessment Per Unit <br /> (individual property cost) <br />Estimated Annual Assessment Per Unit $ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~ <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY,'STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council ~ill consider the improvement <br />of such sewer and water in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost if <br />the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $ . <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 22nd day of September, 1987, in the Council <br />Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of-such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Council this the 25th day of August, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
