Councilmember for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION 087- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~87-24 (OAKRIDGE INDUSTRIAL PARK) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July 28, 1987, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the sanitary sewer and watermain improvement for Oakridge Industrial Park. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 25, 1987, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project $ Estimated Total Assessment Per Unit (individual property cost) Estimated Annual Assessment Per Unit $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~ RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY,'STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council ~ill consider the improvement of such sewer and water in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost if the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ . 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of September, 1987, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of-such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 25th day of August, 1987.
