8. No build-up of fill material shall be permitted on Ramsey <br /> Boulevard N.W. or County Road ~116. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Dust created by travel on the access road shall be controlled by <br />appropriate means by the Barton Sand and Gravel Company. If it is <br />not possible to control the dust on any given day, the extracting <br />operation shall cease on that day. If, in the opinion of the City <br />Engineer, the dust created by the operation is excessive, the <br />operation shall cease. In order to prevent excessive dust <br />pollution, the extraction operation shall discontinue at any time <br />when wind gusts are in excess of 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this <br />permit shall be borne by Barton Sand and Gravel Company. <br /> <br />Barton Sand and Gravel Company shall maintain a $2,000.00'balance <br />in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be used to <br />reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of <br />this permit. At the time the extraction operation and site <br />restoration are completed, the balance of the escrow shall be <br />returned to Barton Sand and Gravel Company. <br /> <br />Access to the subject property shall be from County Road ~116 <br />only. <br /> <br />Finished elevations on the subject property shall be as shown on <br />attached plans and as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall be limited to hauling in topsoil only for <br />final grade purposes. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Barton Sand and Gravel Company hereby acknowledges receipt of this <br />conditional use permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this <br />permit and have agreed that they will cause compliance with the terms of <br />this permit. <br /> <br />BARTON SAND AND GRAVEL COMPANY: <br /> <br />By: Date: <br /> Its: <br /> <br />By: Date: <br /> Its: <br /> <br />-2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
